About the Role

Sales Consultant responsible for creating a memorable experience for customers, communicating brand passion, and achieving store objectives while maintaining a well‑presented and organized retail environment.

Responsibilities

- Attract, engage and retain customers, delivering high‑quality service that reflects brand values.
- Achieve commercial targets and KPIs by conveying the unique value proposition of the brand.
- Perform store operations: teamwork, inventory, stock management, cash register, daily reporting, and ensuring smooth point‑of‑sale function.
- Maintain visual standards: keep the store clean, organized, and stocked with the right products.
- Contribute to a positive team culture, fostering collaboration and teamwork.

Qualifications

- Minimum two years of retail fashion experience.
- English and other languages preferred.
- Strong teamwork and commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
