Organization and coordination of transport operations requiring prior authorization and special documentation. Obtaining permits and liaising with regulatory authorities. Route planning considering technical transport parameters and infrastructure constraints.
Coordination of project shipments involving oversized and/or heavy cargo. Management and efficient utilization of a specialized vehicle fleet. Management of internal logistics operations within the company.
Interaction with contractors and supply chain partners, including maritime lines when required. Requirements
3+ years of hands‑on experience with specialized vehicles and transport platforms. Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.
Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Malpartida de Plasencia (Extremadura). Long‑term commitment to living and working in the region.
Experience in obtaining permits and handling documentation for special transport operations in Spain. Understanding of transport technical characteristics and road infrastructure. Knowledge of transport regulations and restrictions in Spain and the EU. Technical route planning skills. Advanced MS Office skills;
experience with specialized cargo planning and load calculation software is an advantage.
Experience in fleet maintenance organization is considered a plus. Benefits
