As a Logistics Scheduler you will have the opportunity to create world‑class customer experiences leveraging your innovation, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
This position could involve working in a rotating three‑shift system, which may include Saturdays, Sundays, night shifts and/or on‑call duty.
Key job responsibilities
Execute daily same day or next day forecasts.
Plan delivery routes or monitor the volume flow, affecting tens of thousands of packages at EU level.
Accountable for planning accuracy, cost and customer experience, and instrumental in developing best practices and standard work for the network.
Ensure targets and service deadlines are met, according to regulatory requirements.
Communicate with various departments, facilitating the flow of information between stakeholders and resolving any potential issues that impact business continuity.
Conduct research into process improvement initiatives and make real‑time decisions, taking strategic intervals to see the bigger picture.
Maintain and report up to date and accurate statistics, management reports and analysis.
A day in the life This position is office‑based.
As a Logistics Scheduler you will work across the EU in a cross‑functional environment with the Supply Chain, Distribution Centers, and Ground Transportation teams,
in order to support our day‑to‑day operations to ensure the timely delivery of Heavy/Bulky shipments to our customers. Your role will be on the Intra‑Week Planning team, playing a key role in our delivery stations operative supporting all EU countries.
Basic Qualifications
Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above.
Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Relevant experience in analytical tasks or projects, working with data.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant experience in communicating with senior stakeholders and leadership.
Previous experience within transportation or logistics.
Working experience in programming and coding languages (SQL or Python).
