We don’t have it all figured out yet, but that’s exactly why we’re looking for people who want to join us on this journey. | ABOUT THE POSITION As a Logistics Specialist, you’ll join our Operations & Supply Chain team to ensure that our products flow seamlessly from warehouse to customer while providing support to the sales team.

This is a hands-on, collaborative, and customer-oriented role (both external and internal) that combines coordination, communication, and operational precision. You’ll work closely with our warehouses and Sales team to make sure every order, shipment, and document is handled efficiently and accurately.

Take responsibility for assigned customer accounts and collaborate closely with the logistics team and external partners to ensure smooth delivery.

Manage and follow up orders through 3PL platforms, and report issues through the appropriate channels.

Handle shipment documentation,



and upload and maintain data in our ERP system to ensure real-time visibility of orders and deliveries.

Customer Service & Quotations

Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Service teams to follow up on orders, solve delivery issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Request and manage quotations for shipments based on client needs.

Communicate proactively with internal teams, logistics partners, and clients to ensure smooth delivery operations.

Finance & Reporting

Work closely with the Finance team to support accurate and timely invoicing of sales orders.

Prepare logistics reports using Excel to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Provide operational support to internal teams — Sales and Management — ensuring smooth communication across departments.

Contribute ideas to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall logistics experience. | WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 1–3 years in international logistics, transportation, warehousing, or distribution roles, including direct collaboration with sales teams.

Customer-oriented, process-oriented, and solution-driven.

Degree or Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in Logistics, International Trade, Finance & Administration,



or a related field — or equivalent proven experience.

High level of English (C1) — written and spoken — essential for daily communication, coordination, and problem-solving with international and multicultural partners. Spanish fluency required.

Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data handling).

Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo, Navision, Sage, or similar).

Familiarity with 3PL platforms, distribution centers, or warehouse operations.

Logistics flows and documentation (delivery notes, quotations, transport documentation, and invoicing).

Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.
