We’re looking for a highly motivated Manager, Platform Success to help our Conferences teams and partners solve critical challenges and get the most out of our technology solutions. As a people leader, you will partner with cross‑functional teams to understand their goals, document requirements, and drive execution of strategy.

What you’ll do

Leverage Conferences’ technologies to deliver key experiences and solve critical challenges.

Interact with conference attendees and Gartner associates onsite to troubleshoot challenges remotely and on location at conferences worldwide.

Execute high-quality platform configurations with a focus on delivering integral consistency.

Build trust‑based value‑add relationships with senior leaders.

Influence and negotiate inbound feature requests through governance with stakeholders.

Communicate product roadmaps and milestones to stakeholders.

Prototype early‑stage technology and iterate with business partners to establish feasibility and usability.

Evaluate SaaS solutions against business requirements, propose, and deliver roadmaps and execution plans for technology evolution.

Create, update, and maintain documentation of existing business and technology processes as well as new feature releases.

Partner with Product Owners and teams to write high‑quality user stories explaining business problems.

Assess performance and translate information into actionable insights that can be understood and used to drive change.

Organize and drive complex projects, identify emerging issues, and keep core initiatives on track for completion by scheduled dates.

Process QA testing and contribute to user‑acceptance testing to uphold and achieve high‑quality, low‑defect product development.

What you’ll need





Fluent speaking and writing in English.

5–7 years of business analysis and project management experience.

Exceptional problem‑solving capabilities: Able to solve complex problems, think creatively, and use data to tell a story.

Drive and passion: A passion for the experience and delivering uncompromising quality, self‑motivated, accountable, and highly committed to responsibility.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of eliciting client and stakeholder feedback, documenting clear requirements, and providing high‑quality support.

Ability to engage with cross‑functional teams across the organization and work collaboratively to solve complex challenges.

Proven track record of driving continuous product improvements, ranging from bug fixes to new features and deliverables; action‑oriented and results‑driven.

Strong collaboration and negotiation skills.

Highly organized with strong time‑management skills.
