Position Overview This role is responsible for end-to-end ownership and management of global Finance tools and platforms. It ensures stable operations, continuous improvement, and alignment with the company’s finance and digital strategy. The position acts as Product Owner for key Finance tools and drives strategic initiatives across functions.
It operates in a complex, global environment collaborating with Finance, IT, and external partners. The role plays a key part in enhancing efficiency, automation, and user experience while ensuring governance, compliance, and delivery across finance systems.
Key Responsibilities Act as Product Owner for Finance tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Trintech, Concur), defining roadmaps, prioritizing enhancements, and ensuring alignment with business and finance objectives
Define and manage product roadmaps, enhancements, and release planning
Lead Finance tools projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
Coordinate cross-functional global teams across Finance and IT
Ensure operational stability through incident, request, and change management
Manage system escalations and drive timely resolution of critical issues
Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to align priorities and governance
Lead audit, risk, and compliance activities for Finance tools
Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across systems
Present project updates, risks, and strategy to senior management
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
Strong experience with ServiceNow and Finance processes
5+ years of experience in project leadership, product ownership, or similar roles
Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Experience working with global, cross-functional teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate in complex and fast-paced environments
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience in audit, risk, or compliance processes is a plus
Advanced level of English
