Role Description The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations and team performance at the Pamplona site, ensuring that projects in the wind energy sector are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating cross-functional teams, allocating resources, monitoring project milestones, and resolving operational issues as they arise.

The Manager will maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders, prepare reports on project status, and support strategic decision-making. Additional responsibilities include implementing process improvements, promoting health and safety practices,



and mentoring team members to support their professional development.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, including team coordination, performance oversight, and coaching.
- Experience in project and operations management, preferably within wind energy, renewable energy, or industrial services.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities, with proven capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Clear, professional communication skills in written and spoken English; Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders in multicultural environments.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing risks, optimizing processes, and supporting data-driven decisions.
- Commitment to health, safety, and quality standards in field and office operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; relevant experience in the wind energy sector is highly valued.
- Comfort working on-site in Pamplona and readiness for occasional travel to other company locations or project sites.
