We are looking for an Airframe A400M Production Command to lead production at our San Pablo (Sevilla) location.

Responsibilities As a member of the management team,

manages, leads, develops, and engages a production team to meet time, quality, cost, and safety requirements, respecting the country’s work‑legal context.

Drive continuous improvement and ensure effective communication within the team and key interfaces.

Outputs: Deliver products on time, on quality and cost, in a safe and healthy environment with competent and engaged people.

Qualifications and Skills

Education : Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline.

Experience : At least 5 years in aircraft manufacturing or engineering.

Soft skills : High adaptability to work on new topics and changing environments; strong problem‑solving ability.

Languages : Advanced level in English.

Technical knowledge : Knowledge of A400M and related manufacturing IT tools (SAP,



SIPLA, TLB, etc.).

Office presence : Office is a must.

Nice to have : Experience in managing teams and risk management.
