Experteer Overview In this role you will lead integrated marketing communications to drive growth for Ecolab’s high-tech business in Europe, with a focus on data centers and microelectronics. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to shape messaging, enable sales, and execute demand‑gen campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
You will manage agencies, align with global and regional teams, and contribute to commercialization of new products and digital solutions. Your work will blend market insights with technical storytelling to support scalable, multi‑channel campaigns that win in complex markets.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to growth priorities
Translate technical solutions into compelling value propositions and customer‑facing content
Lead demand generation and campaign activation across digital, paid, owned, and earned channels
Create sales enablement tools (presentations, case studies, solution briefs, assets) to support commercial success
Support commercialization of new products, services, and digital solutions with cross‑functional partners
Leverage customer insights, market trends,
and competitive intelligence to inform messaging and strategy
Manage agency partners to deliver high‑quality creative and on‑time execution
Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure aligned, integrated execution
Organize and participate in events, media, and thought leadership activities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
5+ years of marketing communications experience with integrated campaign ownership
Experience in data center, microelectronics, or other high‑tech/industrial markets
Proven ability to work across a matrix organization with global and regional teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to simplify technical concepts
Experience across digital channels (web, email, social, paid media)
