Junior Go-To-Market Specialist (Contract)

to join a integral technology leader in Barcelona.

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity where you’ll learn from experienced marketing professionals while helping to deliver campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, and more. You’ll also get hands-on exposure to leading platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce — a great foundation for your future career.

Location: Barcelona (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Contract: 6 months (with potential extension)

Engagement: Contractor role, candidates must be set up (or willing to set up) as autónomo in Spain

What You’ll Be Doing

Support the deployment of multi-channel campaigns (email, digital ads, webinars, content).

Learn to use HubSpot and other automation tools to manage nurture programs.

Help set up workflows that move leads smoothly through the sales funnel.

Coordinate with product marketing and sales teams to keep campaigns aligned.

Track key campaign metrics and assist in reporting performance.

Keep campaign data clean, organized, and aligned across systems.





Get involved in creating content that supports sales and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.

Some prior exposure to digital marketing, marketing operations, or campaign support.

Enthusiasm for learning marketing technology platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce.

Comfortable with data, reporting, and working in spreadsheets.

Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Bonus: Any hands-on experience with marketing automation, webinars, or SaaS is a plus!
