? What we look for?

We are looking for an experienced Marketplaces Consultant – Amazon Spain Operations to support and coordinate the operational activities required to successfully manage and scale Amazon marketplace operations. This role is adecuado for professionals who enjoy hands-on marketplace execution, process ownership, stakeholder coordination, and continuous operational improvement.

⚙ Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of Amazon Spain marketplace activities, ensuring compliance with established processes and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across marketing, logistics, finance, customer service, and legal teams.
- Maintain Amazon product listings, including content updates, product information, images, and listing quality.
- Coordinate promotions and advertising campaigns aligned with business priorities and marketplace requirements.
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Support logistics processes including inventory management, labeling, deliveries, and returns follow-up.
- Assist with finance-related activities such as cost reconciliation, charge validation,



and discrepancy resolution.
- Coordinate customer service activities and escalation of recurring operational issues.
- Manage legal and compliance review processes with relevant stakeholders.
- Track action plans, dependencies, risks, and operational improvements across multiple teams.
- Support the transition from local marketplace operations to a centralized Western European operating model.

? Mandatory Requirements:

- Proven experience in Amazon Marketplace Operations , e-commerce operations, or digital commerce execution.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon listing management, promotions, advertising coordination, and performance monitoring.
- Experience managing logistics, inventory, returns, order management, or customer service processes.
- Understanding of financial reconciliation, charge reviews, and operational cost tracking.
- Experience coordinating legal or compliance-related reviews with internal stakeholders.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish .
- Analytical mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented professional comfortable working in dynamic and fast-paced environments.





? Nice to Have:

- Experience supporting marketplace operations across multiple countries.
- Knowledge of Amazon scaling and marketplace expansion initiatives.
- French language skills.
- Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Background working with cross-functional international teams.
