What You´ll Do

Ensures e2e process of material supply on-time in-full, from ordering to the delivery, while optimizing order size and minimizing obsoletes.

Owns MRP (Material Resource Planning) parameter management (Master Data), consolidates cross-category requirements, and proactively addresses MRP exceptions in accordance with the production plan.

Identifies material sourcing risks and opportunities proactively, promptly escalates critical issues to the appropriate internal and external stakeholders + develops commensurate actions to solve the problems once that risks materialize.

Supports on the material inventory analysis by reviewing the inventory policies, tracking and managing slow-movers, monitoring obsoletes and executing safety stock strategy (internally and externally).

Acts as an expert on the material planning process, supporting the development of training materials while taking full ownership of the process, including execution, documentation, and continuous improvement to strengthen operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Runs Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) in collaboration with Procurement, supported by the Long-Term Forecast (LTFC) exercise, and with key suppliers. Ensuring alignment with the production plan, to secure required supply levels.

Manages with excellence the execution of materials within the Phase In Phase Out (PIPO) process to maintain service level while minimizing the obsoletes on the phase out materials, supporting the sustainability goals of the company.

Collaborates & communicates efficiently within the SCP Hub, and with the SCP Peers to act as one-team,



regardless of the reporting stream.

Perform any other duties assigned by the superior that are consistent with the employee’s skills and competencies.

What makes you a good fit

Min. Bachelor’s Degree in the field of business administration or engineering with focus on supply chain

1-2 years of experience In Supply Planning role or related, experience with FMCG business would be advantage.

Fluent English (oral and written)

Strong analytical skills and good communication skills

Advanced Excel skills are required (SAP is an advantage)

Problem-solving attitude and team orientation

Ability to work in a diverse environment and with colleagues from around the Globe.
