We are looking for a

Materials and Processes Engineer to join an important Project located in

Madrid or Valencia in

On-site job modality.

What are we looking for?

Materials and Processes Engineer with at least 5 years of experience.

Availability to join a stable project in Madrid or Valencia.

Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Materials, Industrial Engineering or similar.

Work Model: On-site.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Materials, Industrial Engineering, or similar.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in space projects related to electronic equipment.

Proficiency in ECSS standards, especially: ECSS-Q-ST-70-61C (assembly of electronic components), ECSS-Q-ST-70-60C (acceptability of PCBs) and ECSS-Q-ST-70-28C (repairs).

Knowledge of welding, cleaning, encapsulation, adhesives, and surface treatment processes in a space environment.

Ability to write technical documentation in English (minimum level B2).

Technical rigor, attention to detail, and quality orientation.

What will your responsibilities be?

Define, validate, and control materials and manufacturing processes for electronic cards and electronic equipment for space applications.





Oversee the qualification of electronic component assembly processes in accordance with ECSS-Q-ST-70-61C.

Ensure compliance with PCB acceptability requirements in accordance with ECSS-Q-ST-70-60C.

Coordinate and document electronic assembly repair activities in accordance with ECSS-Q-ST-70-28C.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation: process sheets, qualification reports, assembly and repair procedures.

Participate in internal and external audits, as well as technical reviews with customers and space agencies.

Work closely with the design, production, and quality teams to ensure industrialization in accordance with space standards.
