We are looking for a Mid-Senior Project Manager to join Iventions and support the delivery of international experiential projects, including events, exhibitions, brand spaces, stands and temporary installations. This role will be mainly focused on the coordination and delivery of exhibition stands, brand spaces, and temporary structures, working closely with clients, internal teams, suppliers and production partners to ensure projects are delivered with quality, structure and attention to detail. You will oversee projects from initial concept through to final execution, ensuring client expectations are met while maintaining Iventions’ high standards throughout the process This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys turning concepts into reality, managing projects end‑to‑end from briefing to final delivery while balancing

Key responsibilities Project Management

Manage projects from initial briefing to final delivery, overseeing the full project lifecycle to ensure effective planning, coordination and execution while meeting deadlines, budgets and client expectations.

Act as the main point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and alignment at all stages.

Work closely with Creative, Sales, Production teams and external partners to align expectations, timings and deliverables.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring high‑quality services.

Develop and manage project timelines, production schedules and key milestones, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned

Coordinate suppliers, technical partners, production teams and on‑site installation processes.

Oversee budgeting, cost control and project profitability throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Ensure all project documentation is well organised, updated and shared with the relevant stakeholders.

Anticipate risks, solve issues proactively and ensure smooth communication across teams.

Supervise on‑site operations during events,



ensuring seamless execution and prompt resolution of any issues that may arise.

Manage the transportation, installation and deinstallation, ensuring compliance with safety and accessibility standards, while providing on‑site support when required.

Ensure final delivery meets Iventions’ quality standards and client expectations.

Prepare post‑event reports, analyzing project performance, successes and areas for improvement.

Ideal profile We are looking for someone with proven experience in exhibits, stands, congresses, brand spaces or event production, with strong organisational skills and a practical understanding of how projects move from concept to real production.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing several moving parts at the same time, working under pressure and keeping teams aligned in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager 3-5 years, preferably in exhibits, stands, congresses, events or brand experiences.

Strong understanding of exhibition and events production processes, suppliers, materials, costs, timings and on‑site execution.

Ability to read and understand creative proposals, technical drawings, floor plans and production documentation.

Strong planning, coordination and organisational skills.

Experience managing budgets, quotations and supplier negotiations.

Comfortable working directly with clients and internal stakeholders.

Ability to anticipate problems and find practical solutions quickly.

Fluent English required. Spanish is highly valued.

Availability to travel and support on‑site delivery when needed.

Highly organised and detail‑oriented.

Proactive, hands‑on and solution‑focused.

Able to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.

Comfortable coordinating different teams and suppliers.

Versátil and adaptable to changing project needs.

Positive attitude and strong sense of ownership.

Team player, open to feedback and willing to support across departments when needed.
