Job Overview An opportunity for an MRO Network Quality Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). The selected candidate will join the Quality Inspection Team and be responsible, in the framework of the MRO Network, to perform quality activities associated with the MRO process wherever the Network performs maintenance activities. Responsibilities
Support the operation of MRO Network Working Parties (A400M, LTA, MRTT & EFA): aircraft hand‑over from the customer, if necessary, and in situ verification of work performed on aircraft, jointly with quality inspectors and mechanics as required. Follow‑up the MRO activity jointly with MRO Network personnel, gathering the necessary documentation (component CoCs, Form1, etc.) and ensuring it is complete and correct in accordance with requirements. Prepare aircraft delivery documentation and hand‑back of the aircraft to the customer after the MRO activities (including Maintenance Report, Certificates of Conformity, PeramF1 or EASAF1).
Ensure proper management of maintenance records and measurement and improvement of quality KPIs. Contribute to maintain MRO Network Maintenance approval through the integrity of the quality system in front of official regulations/requirements (Part145,
Peram145) and ensure compliance with maintenance normative/regulation. Represent the quality function with customer quality representatives and for external audits from customers or authorities.
Perform verification and inspections of Eurofighter Working Parties. Qualifications
University degree in Engineering. More than 2years of experience in aircraft maintenance. High level of English. Availability to travel. Benefits
