Position Objective

Development and maintenance of the Quality Management System and MRO approvals.

Main Responsibilities and Duties

Ensure continuous compliance with applicable regulatory requirements (EASA Part-145, FAA, UK CAA and others), as well as internal Quality Management System procedures, ensuring airworthiness, operational safety and the continuous improvement of the organization.

- Quality Management System

Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with applicable regulations (EASA Part-145 / MOE).

Ensure the proper implementation and compliance of internal procedures.

Participate in the review and approval of Quality Management System documentation (MOE, procedures and work instructions).

Monitor regulatory changes (EASA, FAA, etc.) and assess their impact.

Support the management of organizational approvals and certifications.

- Audits

Plan and conduct internal audits in accordance with the annual audit programme.





Participate in external audits conducted by authorities, customers and certification bodies.

- Non‑Conformance Management

Record, analyse and manage non‑conformities identified through audits, production activities or customer feedback.

Coordinate the definition of corrective and preventive actions.

Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Ensure timely closure and effectiveness of corrective actions.

Prepare audit reports and monitor corrective actions.

Verify the effectiveness of implemented actions.

- Supplier Quality Management

Participate in supplier evaluation and approval processes.

Conduct audits of suppliers and subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Education Aerospace Engineering Degree.

Languages Advanced English, both written and spoken.
