AudensFood is seeking a Plant Manager to lead two manufacturing facilities, Parets del Vallés and Balsareny, reporting to the Iberia Operations Director. You will drive safety, quality, service, and cost objectives while building strong management teams across both sites.
The adecuado candidate has a engineering degree, 5–10 years in manufacturing, and proven leadership in scale-up environments. A growth-minded, process-driven leader who can travel ~twice monthly is encouraged to apply.
