Therefore, we are seeking a welcoming, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in Marbella, Spain . In this role, you will serve as a warm point of contact and an essential night-shift anchor. You will work closely with the Night Manager to oversee front desk operations, manage arrivals and departures, handle financial transactions, and deliver personalized experiences for our guests.

: Night Auditor Your Mission: Seamless Night Operations & Authentic Hospitality Your primary goal involves driving front office operational success during night hours. To achieve this, you will deliver exceptional reception support and personalized guest service. At the same time, you will keep all front-desk procedures and financial tracking beautifully aligned with strict hotel standards.

Therefore, you will manage late check-ins and check-outs, process cash or credit card transactions, and record guest preferences. Additionally, you will support the Night Manager and maintain safety protocols across the property. As a result,



you will eliminate late-night operational delays and protect our hotel’s reputation for luxury hospitality flawlessly.

Your Key Responsibilities: Night Front Desk Support: Assist the Night Manager with daily operational tasks, administrative balance, and guest reception throughout the night shift.

Guest Arrival & Departure: Welcome IHG Rewards Club and Kimpton Karma members as well as returning guests. Execute swift check-in and check-out procedures, verify IDs, issue room keys, and manage safety deposit boxes.

Financial Transactions: Handle cash and credit card payments accurately, ensuring correct ledger entries and financial control.

Guest Service & Upselling: Process room reservations, present upselling opportunities, and provide guests with helpful information to enhance their stay.

Personalized Guest Care: Anticipate guest needs by recording preferences, handling messages, answering inquiries, and resolving bill concerns with warmth and empathy.

Safety & Brand Standards: Adhere strictly to property safety and security protocols, report incidents promptly, wear required protective gear, and proudly embody Kimpton brand values.

Who You Are: The Proactive & Service-Passionate Professional Educational Background:



You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

Proven Foundations: You bring over 2 years of hands-on experience working within a hotel front desk environment.

The Linguist: You are fluent in Spanish and English. Knowledge of additional international languages is considered a valuable plus.

Core Competencies: You possess a proactive, energetic, and positive attitude. Furthermore, you show strong empathy, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine passion for guest service.
