Company Description We’re looking for a Night Manager to join our team at The Hoxton, Poblenou! The Hoxton Poblenou in the city of Barcelona is our 11th Hoxton. The hotel boasts 240 bedrooms of different sizes, a large restaurant Four Corners with The Slice shop and La Bodega, a rooftop pool, the Taquería Tope, a bright and airy lobby, a multi‑functional basement events space and The Apartment (our unique meetings & events concept).

What you’ll do

Lead the night shift and oversee the night team’s tasks.

Ensure our guest experience never flags, treating guests as individuals and making them feel welcome and special – the Hox way.

Handle guest check‑in/check‑out, billing, account accuracy, and any requests or enquiries.

Collaborate with the Front Office Manager and the Hoxton team to set selling strategies and maximize occupancy.

Monitor all public areas, working with the restaurant and security teams to keep operations running smoothly, and handle any issues as they arise.

What We’re Looking For

Individuals who value authenticity and do not fit the “clone in a suit” mold.

A genuine passion for hospitality – whether that’s a drink, a meal, an event, or a bed for the night.

A commitment to providing a memorable experience for every guest.

Someone who is unflappable, experienced in handling diverse requests with composure.

Experience as a Night Manager within a 4* or 5* hotel property.

Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in Catalan and additional languages is highly valuable.
