Your role As a Concierge, you will be the ultimate curator of guest experiences, creating personalized and unforgettable moments both within and beyond the property. You will act as a trusted advisor, connecting guests with the best of Ibiza while delivering a seamless and elevated service.

What you will do

Welcome guests and build strong, personalized relationships

Curate bespoke experiences, including dining, events, wellness, and cultural activities

Handle reservations for restaurants, beach clubs, transportation, and exclusive venues

Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored recommendations

Coordinate closely with all departments to ensure seamless service

Manage special requests, celebrations, and VIP arrangements with precision

Resolve guest concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism

Maintain strong knowledge of local attractions, events, and hidden gems of Ibiza

Build and maintain relationships with external partners and service providers

Ensure every guest interaction reflects Nômade’s values and standards

Who we’re looking for





Passionate about luxury hospitality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Strong network and knowledge of Ibiza lifestyle and offerings

Ability to multitask and work under pressure with a calm approach

Solution-oriented mindset with a high level of professionalism

Requirements

Previous experience as Concierge or in a similar guest-facing role

Strong understanding of luxury service standards

Experience handling VIP guests and personalized services

Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus)

Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
