About The Role As a Non‑Licensed Operation Instructor, you will participate in all stages of the SAT process. This process involves the initial training programs for unlicensed operating personnel of a power plant.
Additionally, you will involve yourself in the common contents and transversal training of any unit. This is a full‑time job with a schedule adapted to the workplace. You will report to the supervisor of the training school and will be located in Trillo (Guadalajara).
This is a hybrid position.
Main Responsibilities
Develop the sessions corresponding to initial training courses for unlicensed operating personnel.
Implement the sessions corresponding to continuing training courses for unlicensed operating personnel.
Develop and implement sessions corresponding to common training courses for other different sections of Operation.
Help manage students and courses of the LMS (Learning Management System).
Qualifications
Minimum in possession of a university degree or master's degree in one of the scientific or technological disciplines recognized in Spain (Engineering, Physics, Chemistry...).
1+ year of experience in a scientific or technological role.
English level above B1.
We will value experience with LMS content management platforms.
Experience using office tools will be an asset.
