Online Marketing Analytics Manager - (Hybrid)
We're seeking an experienced Online Marketing Analytics Manager to join our Online Marketing Data Analyst team in Barcelona to solve complex measurement challenges and drive meaningful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Partner with media stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify where measurement or deeper analysis can improve decision‑making.
- Independently lead end‑to‑end analytical projects, from translating business problems into structured analytical approaches through analysis execution, insight generation and stakeholder communication.
- Present evidence‑based recommendations, clearly articulating expected business benefits, trade‑offs, risks and limitations, and drive their adoption across the business.
- Proactively identify and propose new analytical projects, experiments and optimisation initiatives that improve business performance.
- Oversee the design of a cross‑platform test‑and‑learn agenda and support its implementation.
- Develop measurement plans and analytical frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing investments.
- Work closely with Data Engineering to continuously improve the marketing data landscape by identifying opportunities to enhance data quality, reliability and completeness, and enable new reporting views, datasets and data sources.
- Collaborate with the Tracking and Data Activation teams to strengthen the quality, availability and usability of marketing data across platforms.
What You Need to Succeed
- At least 8 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, ideally within a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment.
- Strong SQL skills, including writing efficient, complex queries across large datasets.
- Strong Python skills for data processing, analysis,
automation and data visualisation.
- Experience designing and conducting complex analytical projects from problem definition through to business recommendation.
- Strong analytics knowledge, with the ability to select and apply appropriate analytical methodologies to different business questions.
- Experience with experimentation and causal measurement techniques such as A/B testing, incrementality measurement, causal inference or quasi‑experimental methods.
- Ability to identify patterns, opportunities and optimisation levers through proactive exploration of large and complex datasets.
- Ability to balance measurement rigor with pragmatic business constraints.
- Experience communicating analytical findings to senior stakeholders and influencing strategic business decisions.
- Experience independently owning complex analytical initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with marketing platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Apple Search ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and tools like GA4, Appsflyer, AppTweak or similar is beneficial but not essential.

- Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini or other AI‑powered assistants.
- Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI‑driven solutions into workflows.
- AI‑Enhanced Problem Solving:
Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
