Experteer Overview In this role you will safeguard product integrity and drive manufacturing excellence in the A350 Wing Lower Cover production team. You will lead cross-functional efforts to resolve urgent quality incidents and shape long-term quality planning and digitalization. You’ll act as the primary quality liaison with customers and ensure compliance across audits, non-conformances, and concessions.

The position combines hands‑on problem solving with strategic governance to support Gold Standard quality and aviation safety. You will work closely with the CDT and internal SMEs to align quality milestones with production goals and coach teams on compliance and improvement.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

Resolve urgent quality incidents on the production line and lead PPS for complex issues

Serve as primary quality focal point for the customer and coordinate multi-functional teams to address complaints

Define product quality requirements for inspection dossiers and manage the Quality Authorizations framework

Enforce industry quality standards and oversee Quality Escapes, Audits,



Manufacturing Non‑Conformances, and Concessions

Drive innovation and digitalization projects to streamline quality processes and provide compliance guidance

Embed within the Component Delivery Team to align quality milestones with production goals and coach for Aviation Safety

Responsabilidades

Aeronautical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering degree

1‑3 years of experience in a high-demand manufacturing environment

Advanced English (C1)

Mastery of Quality Management tools (PFMEA, MSA, Control Plans) and ability to draft technical docs and workflows
