Key Responsibilities Operations Management
Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the Club House, facilities and member services.
Ensure an outstanding experience for members, guests and visitors.
Oversee the efficient operation of all operational departments.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Operational Excellence
Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols.
Ensure operational processes are consistently executed.
Establish and maintain service quality standards.
Define, monitor and report operational KPIs and quality metrics.
Ensure compliance with all operational procedures.
Facilities Management
Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
Coordinate external suppliers and contractors.
Supervise facility improvement projects and capital investments.
Ensure the Club’s facilities remain in outstanding condition at all times.
Member Experience
Maintain a visible presence throughout the Club.
Build strong relationships with members and visitors.
Handle operational incidents promptly and effectively.
Resolve complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Act as a brand ambassador for the Club.
