Operations Due Diligence Officer (Junior) – Valencia, Spain (full‑time, on‑site) Role Summary

Support the Luxembourg department in conducting due diligence of fund administrators and depositaries. Key Responsibilities

Support initial and ongoing due diligence (questionnaire and standard pack documentation review, financial statements, structure charts, organizational charts, licenses, KPIs and SOC reports) for fund administrators and depositaries. Monitor deadlines for completing due diligence questionnaires. Prepare assessment reports on service providers and escalated key findings to the Director of Operations. Assist in updating key internal controls and templates, including the due diligence oversight dashboard, internal shared database and templates used for the due diligence exercise. Prepare on‑site and/or remote sessions with fund administrators and depositaries to address remediation of potential findings and ongoing subjects of interest. Prepare fund board reports within agreed timelines. Liaise with internal teams to continually improve the quality of the control framework. Support ad‑hoc projects.

Required

Qualifications

Academic degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.



Strong written and verbal communication in English. Strong commercial awareness. Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical skills. High attention to detail, critical thinking and common sense. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Ability to work autonomously. Keen interest in developing practical knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to financial services in Luxembourg and other jurisdictions. Benefits
