Key job responsibilities

Lead and develop high‑performing technical teams, providing strategic guidance and fostering professional growth

Optimize data center operations through continuous process improvement and innovative solutions

Manage infrastructure projects, including maintenance of existing facilities and strategic expansion of new data centers

Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operational performance

Basic Qualifications

Experience in people management and team development

Experience managing complex and fast‑moving issues

Experience partnering with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business settings

Valid driver's license with access to a personal vehicle for daily use

Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing a technical team

Experience owning the operation of a mission‑critical team or product
