Responsibilities

Analyse and respond to delivery time requests for Enflex machines and Retrofits, taking into consideration the customer’s needs and the existing resources capacity;

Definition and follow-up of milestones in the different stages of the projects, agreeing with the supervisors of the different involved areas the necessary actions to meet the deadlines;

Introduce and maintain planned dates in the company’s ERP system;

Lead the Enflex S&OP; (Sales & Operations) meetings;

Analyse inventory levels minimising technical and financial obsolescence;

Ensure the continuous improvement in the Enflex and Retrofit Value Streams processes, in closecooperation with the Process Engineer. Special focus on improving the assembly processes by applying LEAN Manufacturing standards;

Administrative task linked to the department activity (quotations, purchase requests, etc.).

What you need to be successful





Engineering degree (Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical or similar);

At least 5/6 years of experience in a similar role;

Proven experience as Planning Specialist in a packaging company applying Lean principles and methodologies (assembly BOM, Lean Manufacturing);

Organisational skills;

Technical skills for collecting and analysing data for defining improvement strategies;

Ability to manage accurately different processes;

Results and deadlines oriented;

Knowledge of Office tools: MS Word, MS Excel, Power BI;

Knowledge of 2D / 3D CAD software (Autocad/Solidworks/Composer) would be valuable;

Knowledge in SAP;

Availability to travel worldwide when needed.
