Overview

Partner – AI, Data & Analytics (Life Sciences) – Remote in Europe. This role is fully remote and open to candidates based anywhere in Europe. Regular travel will be required for client engagements, leadership meetings, industry events and team collaboration, typically ranging from 20–40% depending on business needs.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Partner to join our leadership team and drive the growth of our AI, Data & Analytics practice within the Life Sciences sector. This is a senior leadership role combining business development, client advisory, delivery oversight, thought leadership and practice development.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of helping pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology or healthcare organisations leverage data, advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to accelerate research, improve commercial performance, optimise operations and enhance patient outcomes.

As a Partner, you will shape strategic client relationships, develop market-leading propositions and build high-performing multidisciplinary teams that deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Market Lead: Develop and execute growth strategies for the AI, Data & Analytics practice within Life Sciences. Build and maintain C-suite relationships across pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare organisations. Originate and lead strategic consulting engagements valued from £500k to multi-million-pound transformation programmes.

Identify emerging market opportunities and develop innovative service offerings. Lead proposal development, commercial negotiations and contract closures. Build strategic alliances with technology partners and industry stakeholders.





Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives on AI, data and digital transformation strategies. Guide organisations in developing enterprise AI capabilities and data-driven operating models. Advise clients on responsible AI adoption, governance, regulatory considerations and organisational change.

Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and long-term account growth.

Delivery Leadership: Provide executive oversight for complex transformation programmes. Ensure delivery quality, commercial performance and measurable client outcomes. Support programme teams in resolving strategic and delivery challenges.

Champion best practices in consulting delivery and innovation. Shape the firm's AI, Data & Analytics strategy and investment priorities. Build and mentor high-performing consulting teams. Develop methodologies, accelerators and intellectual property.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous learning.

Thought Leadership: Represent the firm at industry conferences and executive forums. Publish insights on AI, data strategy and analytics within Life Sciences. Build the firm's reputation through market engagement and strategic partnerships.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 15+ years of consulting and industry experience, including significant leadership within Life Sciences. Proven success in originating and delivering large-scale consulting engagements. Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical technology industry.

Expertise: Extensive experience in enterprise data strategy, analytics, AI and digital transformation. Demonstrated commercial leadership with responsibility for revenue growth and profitability. Strong network of executive relationships across the Life Sciences industry.
