P&C; Learning and Development Intern (m/f/d) Location: Tajonar, ES, 31192

Responsibilities

Assisting in scheduling calls and monitoring participation and attendance to different training sessions

Managing and monitoring topics related to the P&C; Hub Learning and platforms such as Coursera

Supporting registration and management of the training bonus through FUNDAE in Nordex

Reviewing and controlling expiration dates for compulsory technical training

Supporting the coordination of different company events such as Christmas campaigns, social responsibility activities and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives

Providing support and contributing to various initiatives throughout the year

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in law, human resources, Business Administration, or a related field





Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Complementary training: Master’s degree in human resources and knowledge of Success Factors or SAP ERP is a plus

Advanced professional English skills
