Leading Edge Aviation is seeking a People Advisor to support recruitment, HR administration and employee lifecycle tasks at our Alhama de Murcia campus. The role reports to the People & Culture Manager and delivers a proactive HR service across the business.
The idóneo candidate will have at least 2 years’ HR experience, CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) and fluency in Spanish and English, with strong communication and data management skills. 39-hour week, €28,000–€32,000 per year.
