WELCOME TO SITA PURPOSE This role provides marketing and operational management to a Geography Sector or Business to implement the integrated Marketing and Communications strategy to achieve their commercial and strategic objectives aligned to SITA’s general marketing strategy and positioning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the implementation of the Geography Sector or Business Marketing plan to deliver business objectives.
Effectively manage business and reporting processes to support the marketing organization.
Maintain or strengthen the integrity of SITA’s reputation brand and positioning actively managing brand compliancy.
Manage the marketing programs including regional events and accounts based marketing collaborating with key stakeholders and aligning with SITA’s global marketing strategy.
Work closely with the Marketing Profession to ensure transparency of Geography Sector or Business targeted Marketing activities and events.
Leverage diverse communications channels on‑ and off‑line including leveraging digital solutions and data‑driven marketing and communications campaigns.
Create and develop quality content to maintain SITA’s positioning including press releases, references campaigns and speeches ensuring consistency and coordination with SITA’s global marketing strategy and positioning.
Support thought leadership initiatives/events to suit specific business needs and strengthen industry and customer relationships.
Support the relationship with industry associations.
Manage a contact strategy for top customers and industry players to optimize targeting the right audience with the right message.
Build in‑depth analysis of customers to develop account‑based marketing plans.
Research, monitor and report on relevant market insights impacting the Geography/Sector/portfolio and maintain profiles of the main competitors to propose counter strategies and plans.
Provide market intelligence updates and position of SITA’s portfolio & services.
Ensure management of agency partners to required specifications and ROI.
Respect budget and capture ROI of marketing activities to provide visibility of value and impact.
Qualifications EXPERIENCE
7+ years? experience in marketing, marketing communications or corporate communications preferably in IT solutions & services, Telecomms or ATI sectors.
Ability to manage the implementation of a marketing strategy.
Networking skills with the ability to influence at senior levels of the organization.
Proven collaborative approach across Marketing profession colleagues across the GEOs business and centrally.
Ability to analyse complex situations and apply practical and creative Marketing and Communication solutions in the area of remit.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Strong customer focus and service orientation.
Understand and manage properly cultural diversity.
Works effectively in and across complex organisations and is at ease managing and effectively operating within a matrix organisations.
