? PEOPLE & TALENT DEVELOPMENT JR. – BARCELONA (SPAIN)

At InnoIT , we are looking for a People & Talent Development Jr. to join our HR team. If you're passionate about people development, learning, organizational culture, and the IT consulting world, we'd love to meet you.

You will work closely with our People team, contributing to initiatives that directly impact the employee experience and professional growth of our consultants.

? YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the mapping and analysis of technical and soft skills across the organization.
- Coordinate and conduct regular follow-up meetings with consultants to monitor engagement, performance and career progression.
- Organize and coordinate internal technical and soft skills training initiatives.
- Promote and facilitate the growth of our internal tech communities.
- Participate in initiatives related to employee engagement, performance management and organizational culture .
- Collaborate, launch and analyze internal surveys (engagement, satisfaction, culture, etc.), transforming insights into improvement actions.
- Collaborate in the execution of initiatives included in the company's Equality Plan .
- Leverage AI tools, especially Claude , to improve HR processes, content creation and operational efficiency.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

- Around 2 years of experience in People Development, Talent Development, Learning & Development or similar HR roles .
- Previous experience working with initiatives such as:
- Skills mapping
- Career development plans
- Learning & Development
- Employee follow-ups
- Internal communities
- Employee engagement
- Performance-related initiatives
- Experience working with technical (IT) profiles .
- Good understanding of the IT consulting industry and its dynamics.
- Experience using AI tools in a professional environment , particularly Claude ,



to optimize workflows and increase productivity.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail.
- Fluent Spanish and English (both mandatory).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams and collaborative tools.
