In this role, you will play an essential part in delivering exceptional service to our clients while ensuring smooth daily operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing friendly and professional customer care and support

Assisting throughout the entire sales process

Handling daily administrative and commercial tasks

Collaborating with the team across our offices in Palma, Llucmajor, and Santa Ponsa

Previous work experience is not required, as full training will be provided. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications:

German as your native language

Good knowledge of Spanish

Strong organizational skills and high reliability

High motivation to learn, adapt, and develop your professional skills on Mallorca
