The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the Zaragoza Logistics Center (ZLC) in Spain have partnered to create an international program for education and research in logistics & supply chain management. This successful partnership led to the creation of the MIT Integral SCALE Network that now spans four continents. ZLC now has an opening for a PhD & Executive Education Coordinator.

The PhD & Executive Education Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of ZLC's executive education portfolio, contributing to the growth and impact of ZLC's executive education activities in logistics and supply chain management. Additionally, it acts as the administrative contact point for ZLC PhD program.

Major Areas of Responsibility: Coordinate end-to-end Executive Education programs.

Execute procurement and vendor management related to the programs.

Provide administrative, organizational and operational support to ensure smooth program delivery.

Monitor program KPIs, participant satisfaction, and learning outcomes.

Serve as the administrative point of contact for the PhD program.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and at least three years of professional experience in executive education, higher education administration, event management or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Administrative and organizational experience.





Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Additional Requirements

Client relationship and stakeholder management in multicultural environments.

Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously.

Experience using CRM systems and maintaining participant and client records.

Experience with budget monitoring, expense tracking, and administrative management.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, international environment.
