From Persán, a leading multinational and family company in Europe in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of home care and personal care products, with 85 years working for a cleaner world, we are looking for you to join our Team, as Plant Shift Senior Supervisor

Main Responsibilities Organize, manage, and train the solid packaging personnel on your shift. Supervise and directly control the work of personnel on your shift. Record personnel movements (important for productivity calculations and payroll management).





Ensure the operational efficiency of the plant's facilities and equipment. Supervise KPIs (OEE, Productivity, overweight, breakage, etc.). Ensure the general order and cleanliness of the plant's facilities and equipment.

Ensure the safety of people and facilities. Ensure the quality of the final product and verify certain Quality controls. Immediate management of breakdowns. Coordination with Maintenance. Maintain a global vision of the process and interdepartmental relationships.

Requirements Education: Technical Industrial Engineering or Industrial Organization Engineering (equivalents will also be considered). Leadership and team management experience. Good social and communication skills. Proactivity and initiative. Analytical skills. Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions.
