IONOS is seeking an Engineering Manager in Spain to lead a major infrastructure rebuild while ensuring operational continuity. The role blends 60% team management and 40% expert technical contribution to guide a migration and long-term strategy.

You will recruit 7 senior engineers, own the Linux/Ceph/OpenStack stack, and define on-call policies, IaC standards, and robust workflows for scalable operations.
