Issue Resolution & Documentation: Track and resolve equipment issues, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, and collect and organize technical documentation.

Pre-sales Support: Collaborate with the pre-sales team by providing testing support and technical demonstrations to ensure seamless delivery and maximize customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Technical Background: Solid understanding of fixed-network product principles, system architecture, and key technologies is highly desirable.

Operational Expertise: Proven experience in fixed-network product engineering delivery and maintenance is a distinct advantage.

Skills

Advanced level in English.

Fast self-learning ability.

Able to work in multi- cultural team.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
