Abacum is seeking a senior RevOps/CS Ops leader to own the post-sale operational infrastructure that supports CS, support, and the commercial post-sale motion. You’ll build health scores, renewal forecasting, expansion tracking, and playbooks to standardize the moments that matter.
With a breadth across CS operations, NRR modeling, and customer advocacy, you’ll align finance and product to create auditable, investor-ready reporting. This is a strategic, cross-functional role at Abacum.
