We are Dragons, a global creative agency working with bold brands to build cultural relevance, connection, and long-term impact through strategy-led creativity.

We bridge digital and creative thinking, developing innovative work across skincare, healthcare, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, and more. Our international teams in the US and Barcelona deliver results through smart strategy, sharp creativity, and meticulous execution.

About the role We’re looking for a highly organised, hands‑on Postproduction Lead to oversee and elevate the agency’s postproduction output across campaigns, productions & content.

This role is focused on leading the postproduction function from both an operational and team perspective, ensuring projects move efficiently through post, teams are properly supported and resourced, and deliverables are executed at the highest standard.

You’ll also lead and support the internal postproduction team, helping allocate work based on strengths, capacity, and project needs.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast‑paced agency environments, understands how to balance creative ambition with operational realities, and knows how to build structure, clarity, and consistency across postproduction workflows.

Ensure projects move efficiently through review and feedback rounds

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Act as the main postproduction point of contact for PMs, Accounts, Production, and Creative teams

Collaborate closely with teams to align scope, timelines, priorities, and delivery expectations

Help translate creative ambition into achievable production plans and timelines

Ensure communication across projects remains clear, organised, and solution‑oriented

Quality Control & Delivery

Ensure all deliverables meet creative, technical, platform, and brand standards

Oversee quality control, file organisation, naming conventions, version control, and archive processes

Manage deliveries across social, digital, paid media, and campaign formats

Maintain efficient and scalable postproduction workflows and processes

Workflow & Operational Development

Continuously improve postproduction systems, workflows, and collaboration processes

Help optimise tools, review systems, and team operations as the agency grows

Support operational planning, forecasting, and resourcing across the department
