About the role We’re looking for a highly organised, hands‑on Postproduction Lead to oversee and elevate the agency’s postproduction output across campaigns, productions & content.
This role is focused on leading the postproduction function from both an operational and team perspective, ensuring projects move efficiently through post, teams are properly supported and resourced, and deliverables are executed at the highest standard.
You’ll work closely with Creative & Art Direction, Production, PMs, and Accounts to manage timelines, workflows, resourcing, and delivery across multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll also lead and support the internal postproduction team, helping allocate work based on strengths, capacity, and project needs.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast‑paced agency environments, understands how to balance creative ambition with operational realities, and knows how to build structure, clarity, and consistency across postproduction workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the in‑house postproduction team, including editors, motion designers, and 3D artists
Allocate projects and workloads based on skillsets, strengths, timelines, and capacity
Help manage team priorities across multiple simultaneous projects
Provide guidance, feedback, and support to maintain quality and team growth
Identify freelance or external support needs when required
Postproduction Oversight
Own the full postproduction workflow from project handover through final delivery
Oversee campaign editing, motion design, animation, sound, colour, versioning, and final exports
Build and manage realistic timelines and delivery plans in collaboration with PMs, Accounts & Producers
Anticipate bottlenecks, delivery risks, and resource conflicts proactively
Ensure projects move efficiently through review and feedback rounds
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Act as the main postproduction point of contact for PMs, Accounts, Production, and Creative teams
Collaborate closely with teams to align scope, timelines, priorities, and delivery expectations
Help translate creative ambition into achievable production plans and timelines
Ensure communication across projects remains clear, organised, and solution‑oriented
Quality Control & Delivery
Ensure all deliverables meet creative, technical, platform, and brand standards
Oversee quality control, file organisation, naming conventions, version control, and archive processes
Manage deliveries across social, digital, paid media, and campaign formats
Maintain efficient and scalable postproduction workflows and processes
Workflow & Operational Development
Continuously improve postproduction systems, workflows, and collaboration processes
Help optimise tools, review systems, and team operations as the agency grows
Support operational planning, forecasting, and resourcing across the department
Stay up to date on postproduction tools, workflows, and industry best practices
Required Experience & Skills
8+ years of experience in postproduction, video production, or postproduction management roles within an agency, studio, or production environment
Proven experience leading or coordinating postproduction teams and workflows
Strong understanding of editing, motion, animation, sound, colour, and delivery pipelines
Experience managing timelines, resources, and multiple concurrent projects
Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance creative quality with efficiency, timelines, and operational needs
Hands‑on familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Frame.io, and asset management systems
High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills
Languages
Proficiency in English is mandatory
Any other languages are a plus.
