Experteer Overview As Technical Lead for Gartner Peer Community, you own the system architecture and drive cross-team integration across three Scrum teams. You partner with Product and Design to translate problems into scalable technical solutions, shaping the architectural runway and ensuring delivery readiness.
You will design client-side and backend services (Go) with a focus on usability, reliability, and performance, while mentoring engineers and improving engineering processes. This is a mission-driven role at the intersection of enterprise peer knowledge, product maturity, and scalable platforms.
