Noatum Logistics is a customer‑centric integral logistics operator providing integrated supply‑chain solutions across 26 countries. We are looking for a PRL Technician for our Barcelona office to develop, implement, and improve Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) programs in Spain and Portugal.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and supervise the company’s Health, Safety, Security, and Environment policies, procedures, and programs, in compliance with Spanish legislation and EU regulations.

Conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and implement preventive measures.

Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and authorities.

Stay up‑to‑date with changes in HSSE legislation and best practices to ensure company compliance.





Define the national HSSE strategy and ensure its implementation at each site.

Contribute to and collaborate on HSSE audits and maintain adequate records in coordination with focal points.

Support branch HSSE management systems in coordination with focal points.

Serve as liaison with union representatives and safety committees.

Promote the use of HSSE reporting tools and compliance with HSSE performance and KPIs.

Design and deliver HSSE training programs for employees at all levels, including emergency response, first aid, ergonomics, and safe work practices.

Promote a strong safety culture within the company through awareness campaigns, informational talks, and safety committees.
