Product Manager II We are looking for a Product Manager to deliver powerful, intelligent yet simple-to-use solutions that let our customers run the best professional services organisations on the planet.

Engage With Customers Customers are at the heart of everything we do. You will be empowered to collaborate fully with customers to gain a deep understanding of their goals and challenges, and bring insights and opportunities back to the wider team to explore new solutions.

Drive Strategy

Own the strategy for your part of the product, typically aligned to a key customer persona.

Influence overall product strategy by sharing your insights into customer needs and collaborating with leadership to drive strategic investments.

Work with engineering and design partners to define shared OKRs for your team, ensuring strategy meets practice.

Discovery & Delivery

Own the discovery and delivery objectives for your assigned domain.

Develop a rich understanding of customer needs through interviews, usage metrics and customer ideas.

Partner with design and engineering leads to explore potential solutions, test them, and discover the best solution.

Iteratively deliver the highest-value solution to customers, learning, adapting, and iterating on the fly.

Draw on support from peers and discipline leads across product management, design, and engineering.

Own the responsibility for ensuring that features are ready to ship.

Go To Market





Collaborate with key customers to help them adopt and go-live with the latest product versions.

Help train sales, services, and support teams to make customers successful.

Present new functionality to customers and partners at webinars, conferences, and one-on-ones during release process.

What You Need To Be Successful In This Role

Fluent written and verbal English language skills.

Domain knowledge within one or more of the following: financials/accounting, indirect procurement, supply chain management.

Experience working in an Agile environment or similar.

Ability to apply a systematic approach and make decisions with incomplete information.

Clear understanding of the market and personas we serve.

Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Interest in product design/UX.

Demonstrated experience influencing key decision-makers and achieving agreement across teams and regions.

Strong attention to detail.

Integral mindset.

What Else Would Be Great

Knowledge of the platform, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Frameworks.

Understanding of professional services organizations and personas we serve.

Knowledge of the “business of services” from sales to service delivery to finance across the customer lifecycle.

Previous experience with ERP/PSA solutions, CRM solutions, CPQ solutions, or cloud platforms.

Experience navigating the strengths and limitations of a platform architecture.
