Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a Technical Product Manager with a dual focus: deep architectural mastery of Crypto Buy/Sell and Trading Systems (order execution, pricing engines, liquidity routing, and fiat gateways) and a hands‑on obsession with Transactional Integrity.

You will work directly with the Head of Product to define the product logic behind our order execution and brokerage workflows. You will own the end‑to‑end product logic driving our core transaction experiences and serve as a proactive voice for new features. If you understand the technical nuances of liquidity providers, execution venues, spreads, can map out complex order routing logic in BPMN, and have the vision and initiative to transform these mechanics into innovative, simple products for mainstream adoption, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Product Strategy and Execution

Work with the CEO and Head of Product to understand and execute Venga's product vision and development roadmap.

Product Innovation for Mainstream Adoption:

Proactively identify market trends, champion new ideas, and propose innovative retail features that simplify the crypto experience. Drive initiatives that lower the barrier to entry for everyday users, transforming complex financial workflows into seamless, local, trusted tools that accelerate mass‑market adoption.

Full Lifecycle Management





Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration, ensuring effective prioritisation throughout the process.

Backlog and Roadmap Ownership

Act as the primary backlog owner, creating and prioritising user stories while maintaining a clear product roadmap.

Epic and Story Definition

Split product features into epics and write detailed, technical descriptions for each user story to ensure they are ready for engineering.

Backend Transactional Architecture

Design and document end‑to‑end buy, sell, and swap transaction lifecycles, connecting internal ledgers with external liquidity providers and execution venues using BPMN.

Fee and Spread Engineering

Take full ownership of the pricing, markup, and fee logic, analysing how spreads, execution costs, and broker fees impact user pricing.

Order Execution Architecture

Lead the backend logic for order execution and routing workflows, architecting flows for market and limit orders, managing price slippage tolerance, handling multi‑party trade execution, and ensuring high‑precision handling of exchange rates.

Money Flow Analysis

Audit transaction logs, reconcile internal balances with external liquidity providers, custodians, and fiat gateways, ensuring every asset movement is fully accounted for.





Ledger and API Integrity

Define requirements for core transactional APIs, ensuring seamless communication between backend, liquidity venues, and market data feeds and handling edge cases.

Who You Are & What You’ll Need

3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner.

Deep understanding of the Crypto ecosystem, order execution lifecycles, liquidity routing, pricing and spread structures, and fiat gateway integrations.

Experience in product metrics and analytics, capable of setting up tracking from scratch.

Prior startup experience in crypto and Web3 is a plus.

Very high level of English.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or other relevant qualification.

Product Management and UX Certifications give an advantage.

Excellent planning and project management skills with agile methodologies and Scrum.

Prepared to dive into multiple processes simultaneously.

Highly organised, able to stay calm under tight deadlines.

Capable of breaking complex problems into actionable chunks.

Working hours within CET +/- 2 hours time zone.
