Responsibilities
This position is based fully on‑site at our Barcelona office.
Play a key role in the operation, deployment, and continuous improvement of digital products supporting marketing, sales, and aftersales activities.
Act as a bridge between European business teams and HQ Product and R&D; teams.
Contribute to building efficient, data‑driven, and user‑oriented digital operations across Europe.
Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of overseas digital products supporting marketing, sales, and aftersales service functions.
Act as the key liaison between European markets and headquarters, coordinating cross‑functional resources to solve operational issues and complex incidents.
Ensure incidents are properly logged, tracked, classified, and resolved according to defined service levels and internal procedures.
Manage the full incident lifecycle, including identification, root cause analysis, resolution follow‑up, and post‑resolution improvement actions.
Identify recurring incidents, system gaps, and operational pain points, and prepare structured improvement recommendations.
Work closely with HQ Product and R&D; teams to support product enhancements, defect resolution, release iterations, and continuous product optimization.
Support the deployment of new systems, product features, and digital tools across international markets.
Lead or support localization initiatives to ensure that systems and features are aligned with regional business needs, regulatory requirements, and user expectations.
Prepare and deliver enablement activities, including user training, operational guidance, documentation, and post‑deployment support.
Monitor product performance, system usage, incident resolution metrics, user satisfaction, and adoption indicators.
Establish feedback loops with internal users and stakeholders to gather insights and promote data‑driven improvements.
Coordinate with geographically distributed teams, ensuring clear communication,
priority alignment, and efficient workflows across time zones and cultural contexts.
Support any additional tasks, projects, or initiatives assigned by the department.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Product Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT product operations, digital product operations, product management, system implementation, or a related role.
Fluent Spanish and English are required; other European languages are a plus.
Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage, especially exposure to vehicle sales, spare parts, or aftersales service processes.
Experience with enterprise systems such as Dealer Management Systems, CRM platforms, customer‑facing applications, or other business digital tools is preferred.
Strong understanding of incident management, product support, system deployment, and continuous improvement processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions, cultures, and time zones.
Highly analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem‑solving and root cause analysis.
Ability to translate business needs into product or system improvement requirements.
Resilient, adaptable, and able to perform effectively under pressure in a fast‑changing international environment.
