- Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment, ensuring cross-team communication and alignment
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings (121s) with each Product Owner to discuss progress, challenges, and career development
- Facilitate career planning and growth opportunities for individual team members
- Manage administrative tasks related to the Product Owner team, including resource allocation, budgeting, and reporting
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of product management best practices and industry trends
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in agile methodologies and ceremonies
- Act as a liaison between the Product Owner team and higher-level stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals
