Program Manager – Agentic Firmware & Solutions Development

Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex firmware, embedded systems, and firmware solutions programs for a global enterprise client. This is a customer-facing leadership role where you will drive program execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery excellence across multiple concurrent initiatives.

A key objective of this role is to support the client's transformation toward AI-enabled and Agentic Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices, helping improve productivity, quality, and delivery efficiency.

Required Experience

10+ years of overall experience in Product Engineering, Embedded Systems,



or Engineering Services.

10+ years of Program Management or Delivery Leadership experience.

Strong background delivering firmware and embedded systems programs.

Experience with hardware-software integration projects.

Solid understanding of Embedded SDLC and Agile/Hybrid delivery models.

Experience managing integral engineering teams and distributed delivery models.

Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Fluent Spanish and strong English communication skills.
