We are seeking a senior-level Program Manager with 7 to 10+ years of experience to lead a high-impact workstream within a multi-year global Workday Optimization Programme.

This is a functional transformation aimed at driving process excellence, data integrity, and AI-readiness across our Digital People &

- Culture (P&C;) and People Services teams. Partnering with global stakeholders, you will oversee a complex, multi-country deployment and redesign wave.

Key Responsibilities Optimization &

- Module Strategy : Drive the optimization and rollout of specific functional modules, including core Human Capital Management (HCM), Talent, Total Rewards, and Workforce Planning.

Global Deployments : Manage the end-to-end delivery roadmap for complex global deployments of specialized modules, including Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management.

Process &

- Data Excellence : Oversee complex multi-country redesign waves to standardize processes, ensure cross-border data integrity, and set the foundation for AI-ready operations.





Workstream Governance : Own project planning, cross-functional dependencies, and vendor alignment to deliver high-quality functional transformation within a general enterprise framework.

Key Requirements 7–10+ Years of Transformation Leadershi p: Proven track record leading large-scale IT, HR, or business transformation initiatives as a Senior PM.

Deep Workday Specializatio n: Extensive experience managing deployments and functional optimizations across Workday HCM, Talent, Rewards, Time Tracking, or Absence management suites.

Complex Deployment Experienc e: Demonstrated success navigating multi-country implementation waves, process redesign, and data harmonization.

Geographic &

- Contract Alignmen t: Ability to commit to a long-term roadmap (1–2 years) and be onsite 2-4 times per month in Barcelona or Budapest.
