Project Coordinator (Technical or Product Initiatives)

In this mid-level hybrid role, you will help oversee technical and product initiatives, bridging the gap between product managers, software engineers, and creative teams. Specifically, you will apply Agile project management frameworks, maintain timelines using tools like Jira or Asana, identify project risks, and ensure complex software deliverables ship on schedule.

: Project Coordinator (Technical or Product Initiatives) Your Mission: Technical Project Execution & Risk Management Your primary goal involves driving technical project success across high-performance software initiatives.

To achieve this, you will maintain project schedules, monitor delivery milestones, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and business units. Therefore, you will build Gantt charts, manage Jira boards, track dependencies, and proactively mitigate delivery risks. As a result,



you will eliminate workflow bottlenecks, support Agile software development cycles, and ensure high-quality product releases for our general iGaming and sports betting clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

Coordinate daily tasks across technical and product development initiatives, tracking progress from kickoff to final release.

Timeline & Tool Management:

Maintain project boards and roadmaps using Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Gantt chart frameworks.

Agile Facilitation

Support Agile development practices, assisting with sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, and milestone tracking.

Risk Management

Identify potential technical dependencies, scope changes, or delivery risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Cross-Team Communication:

Act as an effective liaison between engineering teams, product managers, and external stakeholders.

Documentation & Reporting:

Keep project documentation accurate, structured, and accessible across teams.

Who You Are: The Organized & Agile-Minded Coordinator

Proven Experience

You bring 3+ years of professional experience coordinating technical, software, or product development initiatives.

Tool Mastery





You are proficient with modern project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com, and comfortable building Gantt charts.

Methodology Understanding

You have a solid grasp of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and software development lifecycle principles.

Risk & Problem Solving:

You possess strong risk assessment skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset under tight deadlines.

The Linguist

You have strong written and spoken English skills to thrive in an international, multicultural work environment.

iGaming Interest:

Familiarity or interest in the iGaming, sports betting, or digital entertainment technology sectors is a distinct advantage.
