We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager to join our

General High Tech

(GHT) team and lead the execution of complex industrial water treatment projects for high-tech industries.

This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of projects from initial definition through commissioning and start-up, maintaining a strong focus on scope, schedule, budget, quality and customer satisfaction.

Objectives

Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation

Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation

Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget

Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met

Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks

Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and consultants, as well as erection and safety coordinators.

Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables

Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and elevate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan

Track and monitor performance of Projects in execution, assuring adherence to KPIs such as time, quality and cost

Assure correct handover of information to MO Team

Profile And Required Skills

Education:



Mechanical / Civil /Chemical Engineering Master Degree

More than 10 years experience in managing project Erection, Construction, Commissioning and start-up.

Proven experience in managing project that involves civil works

Proven experience managing, reviewing and validating main Engineering documents necessary to develop water treatment plants such as P&ID;, PFD, mass balance, Piping Drawings, Isometrics, wiring diagram, Logic Diagram, Control Narrative

Proven experience managing and coordinating work groups and resources.

Communication skills: English & French fluent written and verbal

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Be aware of Safety & Environmental aspects of legislation in Europe as well as CE certification requirements

Be aware of main ISO Quality Assurance Requirements

Familiar with specific tools for project management (Ms Projects or equivalent)

Synthesis and pragmatic approach

Agile mindset able to approach multidisciplinary topics

Strong problem solving skills

Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines

Proven success working with all levels of management

Preferred Skills And Qualifications

Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
