Overview In this role you will lead and coordinate project activities to deliver healthcare research projects on time, within budget, and to high quality. You will manage planning, resources, and cross‑functional collaboration while communicating with stakeholders and mitigating risks. You’ll analyze progress, prepare reports for senior leadership, and drive continuous improvement within a mission to advance clinical development.

Develop and manage detailed project plans with timelines, budgets, and resources. Lead cross‑functional project teams and facilitate collaboration. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Engage stakeholders to align on goals and deliver updates. Prepare and present project reports and performance metrics to senior management. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or related field is preferred. Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion within scope, time, and budget. Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to manage teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies; PMP or PRINCE2 certifications advantageous. Detail‑oriented, proactive, adaptable, focused on continuous improvement.
